This workshop is geared towards bringing awareness to subtle cues and sensations in the body (physical, mental & emotional) that let you know the nervous system is out of balance and then providing various tools that can be used throughout the day so the body does not move into overwhelm.

Each session includes education, movement, mindfulness and breath work PLUS take home tools to create a home practice that works for you.

This course is designed to empower individuals by offering a variety of tools allowing YOU to choose & discover which ones work best for your body & mind.  Every session will include Yoga Nidra (guided meditation technique) as well as the opportunity to experience the body’s built-in mechanism to restore balance to the nervous system through gentle movements and breath.

Sessions may be taken individually and participation in all three will be beneficial to a building resiliency in the nervous system as well as creating and integrating a home practice resulting in increased inner peace and well-being.

No prior experience required and all fitness levels or challenges in mobility are welcome.

Class size limited to 10 participants. Participants must be 18 years or older.

 

Sharon Holly, C-IAYT/YTRx-800c, is a Certified Yoga Therapist and a Certified TRE® (Trauma/Tension Release Exercises) Provider.
