This series is for both pregnant and postpartum mamas focusing on using yoga as a lifestyle and how that can help you through the journey to parenthood and beyond.
It includes a progressive breath centered practice, discussion of daily movements and posture, meditation, pranayama techniques, community support, and short yoga and meditation practices to take home.
Rebecca Hackett is a Certified Yoga therapist and founder of Joyful Path Yoga Therapy who turned to yoga to strengthen her body following multiple back surgeries. She is also mama to a 4-year-old girl and currently 5 months pregnant.
