As a teacher, Don is particularly passionate about introducing the benefits of Yoga to people who have never explored the practice because they think they aren’t flexible enough, or athletic enough, or are “too old”.
Prime of Life Yoga® offers a safe, gentle, breath-oriented approach to Yoga practice, based on the needs of the individual. It employs accessible postures that focus on function over form. It is not about finding a perfect posture, but rather deriving the maximum benefit from where you are today.

Don Henry, C-IAYT, YTRx 800C, POLY 500, RYT-500 As a Yoga teacher and a therapist, Don is drawn to the growing population of under-served adults who tend to be intimidated by Yoga classes and stay away because they feel like they don’t fit in—for whatever reason. His goal is to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, safe, and free to discover all that Yoga has to offer.
