HOLISTIC YOGA CLASSES FOCUS ON

We are dedicated to providing a safe and supportive practice to everyone who visits our studio. Our community at LiveYoga Wellness is comprised of students of all ages, levels, and abilities supporting each other on their yoga journey. To accommodate students of all abilities, many of our teachers are certified yoga therapists who have the knowledge needed to further assist students with special health or injury needs. A star next to a teacher’s name on our schedule indicates they are a yoga therapist.

THERAPEUTIC YOGA

Beginner Friendly
Ideal for Specific Health or Injury Needs

This class is a healing, physically slower approach to yoga. The starting point is what is comfortably possible for the practitioner. Postures are modified using props and are tailored to individual needs and physical capabilities. The level of difficulty and intensity is attuned to the individuals in each class and refined constantly throughout the practice. Morning therapeutic classes focus on creating energy for the day ahead, while evening therapeutic classes focus on releasing stress and tension from the day.

ALL LEVEL YOGA

Beginner-Intermediate

This class will inspire openness and strength. The postures, breathing, relaxation, and meditation are taught classically and in a practical way that will help bring synchronicity and balance to people’s lives. If the body is strong and flexible, the nervous system will be relaxed, the breath will be smooth, and the mind will be calm and clear.

PRIVATE YOGA THERAPY

We offer private yoga therapy where students can experience an individualized practice, tailored to their specific physical, energetic, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual needs.

YOGA REGENERATION

Beginner Friendly

An intuitive and compassionate exploration of the body, mind, and spirit through long-held stretches, hatha yoga postures, core stability exercises, deep contemplations, pranayama, meditation, and restoration.

MIXED LEVEL FLOW

Intermediate-Advanced

This class emphasizes linking the breath with continual movement. The students will flow through a sequence of basic postures, building stamina, strength, flexibility, and balance. It is designed so that all levels can practice together in an encouraging environment.

PRIME OF LIFE YOGA®

Beginner Friendly

Prime of Life Yoga®  Yoga that includes asana that is accommodating, covering everyday biomechanics, management of common aches and pains stress reduction.

COMMUNITY CLASS

Beginner Friendly

This is an all-level class to which everyone is welcome. Donation class.

Beginner Friendly

iRest® (Integrative Restoration) is an evidence based meditation that supports anyone wanting to manage daily life stress, address chronic pain, anxiety, or depression. You will leave feeling rested, restored and reconnected to your innate wholeness and a deep sense of well being.

TAI CHI – QI GONG

Beginner Friendly

This Tai Chi and Qi Gong fundamentals class is designed to increase mindfulness of movement, advance agility, and heal the body through natural methods immortalized by traditional Chinese methods.

Tai Chi is an artful form of exercise that aims to keep the body healthy by affirming balance, coordinating fluidity, and utilizing intention in movement. Qi Gong (literally translated to “breath skill”) is a complimentary exercise that increases the quality of your Tai Chi and helps integrate regulated breathing into the practice.
