A virtual workshop for folks with health issues to embrace ease, avoid overwhelm, and navigate the end of year mindfully.

During this time, we’ll explore ways you can:

  • Radically prioritize how you spend your time and energy

  • Release weighty expectations and the “shoulds” of the season

  • Adjust and create more ease in your daily habits and routines

  • Ride the waves of the unexpected, including symptom flares

  • Navigate talking with others (or not) about your health

You’ll come away with a plan for moving through the next couple months in ways that align with your values and your capacity.

P.S. This workshop will be especially supportive for those navigating any health issue that impacts energy levels (from autoimmune conditions to anxiety and depression).

However, if you don’t live with a health condition and this workshop feels relevant, you’re more than welcome to join!

This year marks the 15th year teaching this “All Level” yoga class. It comes from my deepest gratitude for the LiveYoga Wellness community that we have built together and what it represents. Everyone is welcome. Please invite your family and friends.

This offer is a small token of my appreciation for your commitment to your wellness and self care practices, as well as your loyalty to the LYW community. We would not be who we are without you. A community of life learners, self educators, with a compassion and understanding that we are all living in the human condition. That we start from the premise that we are whole and complete, and utilize the tools of yoga, meditation, wellness and self care to manage the ever changing flow of the comings and goings of life.

As we move into the busy holiday season, we are exposed to more and more stressors. We invite you to pause, breathe and to remember to practice "a little bit often" and to have compassion for yourself and others in the process.

Teri Roseman, C-IAYT, YTRx-800C, POLY-500, E-RYT-500, BA, executive director and founder, of LiveYoga Wellness, received her BA from the California Institute of Integral Studies, and is a graduate of the Yoga Therapy Rx programs at Loyola Marymount University (LMU). Her approach to teaching and therapy is rooted by a deep belief in the healing power of yoga and meditation. In addition to hosting and facilitating workshops and seminars, Teri works one-on-one with clients, develops and teaches group and corporate programs. Teri has been incorporating essential oils into her yoga practice and general health and wellness regime for over a decade. And has transformed her suburban neighborhood front and backyard into a xeriscape/edible oasis to live within, where she resides with her dog, Isabella “Izzi”.
