In the spirit of Thanks and Giving, some of the LiveYoga Wellness students, teachers and staff gathered in person for a pot luck dinner.
Thank you to everyone who participated and brought your cheer and lots of yummy eats, and to Angela M. for hosting!

Virtual/Online Zoom Class
Teri Roseman, C-IAYT
This year marks the 16th year teaching this “All Level” yoga class. It comes from my deepest gratitude for the LiveYoga Wellness community that we have built together and what it represents. Everyone is welcome. Please invite your family and friends.
This offer is a small token of my appreciation for your commitment to your wellness and self care practices, as well as your loyalty to the LYW community. We would not be who we are without you. A community of life learners, self educators, with a compassion and understanding that we are all living in the human condition. That we start from the premise that we are whole and complete, and utilize the tools of yoga, meditation, wellness and self care to manage the ever changing flow of the comings and goings of life.
As we move into the busy holiday season, we are exposed to more and more stressors. We invite you to pause, breathe and to remember to practice "a little bit often" and to have compassion for yourself and others in the process.
Wishing you love, peace, harmony and gratitude for the holidays and into the new year.
In gratitude,
Teri Roseman
Executive Director, Founder
