And on a personal note, a very special thank you to this amazing community that supported my recovery journey from a fall on March 1st resulting in my left patella and right olecranon fractures and subsequent surgery. What I’ve learned…regaining mobility - one small step at a time - is further validation that yoga works ~ krama, krama, little steps, little steps. That it takes a village. That receiving is a big part of healing. While sequestered, first for a couple of weeks in rehab, and the months that followed at home passed with ease as a result of all of the daily contact with humans. Each and every person made it possible for me to have the time and space needed to heal. Including in no particular order, my health care team, the LiveYoga Wellness staff, teachers and students, the Santa Monica College/Emeritus staff, teachers and students, my friends and family, as well as those of you that stepped through the door, brought food, walked the dog, visited, called, prayed and held me in healing light. My gratitude is immeasurable.
Namaste, Teri Roseman
