PAVLA TARANGO
RYT 200
Pavla teaches a strong flow class with emphasis on alignment and listening to your own body β your breath and well-being should never be sacrificed for a pose.
She started practicing yoga in 2009 while struggling with debilitating anxiety. In her teens and twenties, she ran competitively for many years and though numerous people suggested that she practice yoga to help balance the physical demands of running, she never went to a class. Then, in early 2009, out of complete desperation, she finally decided to give yoga a try. Her first few classes resonated so much that before long she was going several times a week. Soon after, she began a daily practice in earnest.
Yoga has taught Pavla how to calm her body and mind. Itβs taught her to treat herself with kindness and compassion, and β most importantly β how to connect with and listen to her intuition.
When not on her mat, Pavla is either cooking, spending time with her husband, or taking care of their two children. Often all at the same time
