In this workshop you will learn:

  • Step-by-step techniques for a healthy meditation practice
  • Breath work
  • Pre-meditation
  • Meditation techniques
  • Meditation practices
  • Meditation practices

We will review how meditation can help in daily life. Many modern-day life style diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, headaches, and insomnia, to name a few, are the results of stress.
