Based on his brand-new book, The Secret Art of Yoga Assists, this playshop with Dr. Eden breaks down the best hands-on Yoga assist techniques available for the most popular poses in Hatha Yoga.

Chockfull of insights on how to enhance the sweetness of your practice and align your own experience and connection with others, we will learn how to artfully apply and modify Yoga assists for a variety of skill levels and body types.

Beginning with a light asana practice to warm-up, the class will transition into a Yoga assist clinic and open forum where we will collectively discuss how to develop more awareness as Yoga practitioners/teachers through touch, share world class techniques that release tension and stress patterns in the body, and better understand how Yoga assists can deepen one’s practice – and what that really means!
