The core of the program is the Workshop Curriculum. The Curriculum focuses on introducing team members to the essential building blocks needed to design a personalized, sustainable healthy lifestyle.

Consistent Sustainable practice is the foundation of a healthy lifestyle. Our classes are designed to meet the
needs of the entire range of your team’s health and fitness needs.

TEAM ASSESSMENT

Effective Wellness Programs include both initial and ongoing assessment. If your program already has a standard HRA we encourage you to continue using it. Our Team Wellness Assessment (TWA) is designed to give you a view of your team from the following perspective – engagement, range of needs, status of engagement, and a high level activity analysis.

THE WELLNESS WORKSHOP

We encourage teams to make these programs available to members regularly throughout the year. Each workshop focuses on a fundamental aspect of building a personal culture of health. In any diverse team members are challenged in individual ways, and only by providing access to the entire range of workshops can you ensure that your team members have access to the content and practices they need, at a given point in their personal and professional lives.

YOGA FOR STRESS MANAGEMENT

We have a full range of wellness program classes. These classes are accessible to individuals at all levels of health and vitality. For healthy folks just refocusing, or individuals challenged by a health issue can use these classes to begin and sustain a consistent focus on their health and well-being. These are where you do your daily practice. Classes are available all week, all times of day. You want to try to take 2 or more classes per week.

HEALTH COACHING

Your support will be oriented around the basics – movement, diet & nutrition and building healthy habits. Create meaningful and sustainable change in your health and well-being. This is a great approach for getting started and making sure you succeed in making solid change. You will develop a personalized plan that lets you control your agenda. (virtual or at our location)
