Yoga Nidra is a evidence/sleep-based meditation practice. It uses a series of body, breath and awareness techniques that release physical, mental and/or emotional healing potential in the body by allowing it to enter the space between waking & sleeping disconnecting you from the thinking mind.   Yoga Nidra effortlessly takes you to a state of deep relaxation where you may change your relationship to pain, stressful situations and habits.

Sharon Holly, C-IAYT/YTRx-800c, is a Certified Yoga Therapist and a Certified TRE® (Trauma/Tension Release Exercises) Provider.  She graduated from the Loyola Marymount University Yoga Therapy Rx and TRE® Los Angeles Certification programs.  In addition to a private practice,  Sharon teaches both yoga therapy and TRE® at psychological treatment centers, physical therapy offices and cancer centers throughout Los Angeles.  Sharon is certified in the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra and has completed the Level II iRest Yoga Nidra teacher training.  e-mail: or phone: (310) 720-2611
